Note that I may be a little bias seeing as I created the site years ago. I do admit though it needs some heavy reworking. Something major that needs to be reworked is the images, especially the logo which should be in the place of the image currently occupying that space. Some work can be done on other images as well to make them appear better and in line. A custom 404 page can also be created which isn't something I thought about during the original creation. Also a more meaningful name can be applied to some links as well as reordering them and merging some pages together. None of this is too difficult and can be accomplished by either myself or someone else with minimal development experience. Overall though the site is pretty useable.

Nice job -- keep in mind that people tend to scan web pages, so text should be broken up with headings, images and bullet points to make it easier to digest.
